Anne Chitan

Anne is Co-Head of the communications subgroup for international law firm CMS and is a banking and finance partner in London. Her practice is diverse but with a key focus on telecoms, media and technology, especially digital communications infrastructure.

Anne has been advising altnets such as euNetworks, CityFibre and Hyperoptic, as well as sponsors such as Macquarie, Foresight and Infracapital. She additionally acts for variety of lenders across Europe.
