Joost Steltenpool is at KPN responsible for the Fixed Access network. In this role Joost is in charge of the roll-out of fiber networks in The Netherlands, the switching off of the copper network and maintenance of both networks. Joost has 20 years of experience in the telco market. He has worked for KPN (KPN, Telfort and Hi brands) and Orange in various commercial and technical roles.
