Livia Rosu

Livia Rosu has been appointed as President of the HomeGrid Forum in April 2021. With a career spanning 22 years in standardization and silicon development within the telecommunications industry, Livia has championed the innovation and deployment of the ITU-T G.hn technology, supporting Service Providers across the world to accelerate the global connectivity rollouts. Holding a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Computer Science, Livia Rosu built her career on a solid foundation of the broadband industry-wide collaboration framework. She served 8 years as Internet Business Development Officer and Head of External Relations for the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and 12 years driving forward the competitive positioning and broadband strategy for US based semiconductor companies, MARVELL and MaxLinear, providing access and connectivity solutions for wired and wireless infrastructure. As President of the HomeGrid Forum, Livia Rosu is a passionate ambassador of the compliance and interoperability efforts with network operators and system vendors driving the fiber extension topologies for offering the Multi-Gigabit Quality of Experience to their subscribers.
