Valerie joined the FTTH Council Europe in February 2025 to support the organisation of the Council’s conferences and events.

She is a congress enthusiast, passionate about facilitating meaningful connections and managing complex conference projects. With over 15 years of experience in event organisation across various countries, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the international meetings industry by working in diverse roles, including positions at venues, associations and as a Professional Congress Organiser (PCO). Specialising in large-scale association conferences, she brings a strong expertise in project management, budgeting and logistics, as well as commitment to sustainability and a true care for detail.
