Ivan Rebernik

After graduating in philosophy he attended executive programs at Luiss Business School, Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School.

He completed the main stages of his managerial development at Enel Group, where he held various positions of responsibility in line business and Human Resources. Since late 2016 he is Head of Personnel, Organisation and Facility at Open Fiber, a company founded to build what he likes to call “the digital highway of the future”, an ultra-broadband network capable of giving everyone full access to the opportunities offered by an increasingly interconnected world.

He is recognised for his powerful drive towards innovation, combined with the ability to bring about significant change in complex contexts and providing a distinctive contribution to generate sustainable results.
